    Hi,
It may sould like one of stupid questions, but I'd like to make it sure before purchase.
I found that I can get a better deal if I go to Dell site through the university I already graduated.
Before final purchase or even when I contact the Dell customer service after purchase, does Dell ask whether I'm a student in the univ.?
I'll appreciate any comments ahead of time.

I chat with their customer representative online yesterday. I told him the name of my school and then he said I would have 2% -12% discounts. Finally, he gave me a quoation and he said he already approved the discount for me. So, actually I didn't really give him any proof. I'm really a college student, though.
