Mind you this is a 3 month old Studio 15. Specs in signature.
So my wife was cruising the internet and she said the computer started freezing up. So I told her to restart.
When I restarted the computer I received the BSOD saying "Bad_Pool_Header". I tried booting in safe mode, last good boot, tried memory test, and system restore. Every time I would get the blue screen.
So I called Dell and we booted in Diagnostic mode (hold down "Fn" and power on). The test gave me the following error:
Error Code: 1064
MSG: Hard Drive 1 test unsuccessful, error code 2000-1064, status 70:
I told the rep that and he immediatly said he was send a new hard drive.
What I would like to know is if there is any way that I can recover any data on my HDD? I have done a backup not too long ago, but I will still loose some stuff.
Any advice or comment.

Can you tell us the exact STOP code?

I will have to get that. I am not at home. I can post later. The problem is the blue screen disappears quickly and i cant write the stuff down quick enough

I dont knwo why MS decided that behaviour would be best after a BSOD. I'm guessing you cant boot into Windows? If you can, do this:

If you cant, then try and take a picture with a digicam
