My second computer has developed an issue of giving us a BSOD when its opened. The issue is intermittent, but it's a pain when it happens.
Netbook is Dell Inspiron Mini 1018 running Win 7 Starter.
Latest blue screen error was 0x0000000F I believe.
Any suggestions?

Hi vincentdb82,
Running the Dell 32bit Diagnostics will help us identify if there is any hardware issue associated with it. Please press the “F12” key at the Dell logo during startup.
• When the Boot menu appears, highlight the Boot to Utility Partition option, or the Diagnostics option and then press <Enter> to start the 32-bit Dell Diagnostics.
• Press the <Tab> key to highlight Test System and Press <Enter> to continue to 32-bit Diagnostics.
You can use the link mentioned below to find instructions to run the different tests.

If you have any anti-virus program installed, please run a complete scan using the same.
If the Dell 32bit Diagnostics confirms that all the hardware is functioning fine, you can consider booting the system to the “Last known Good Configuration”. You can launch the same by pressing “F8” at startup. This will take you to the Windows advanced Options menu. Please choose “Last known Good Configuration”.
You can also consider running ‘System Restore’ to restore the system to a date when the system worked fine.
You can use the link mentioned below to find instructions to run the System Restore in Windows 7.

I hope this helps. Please do write back in case you need any further assistance.
Thanks & Regards

Actually one of the BS errors was due to Avira anti-virus, but the one we get has very tiny letters and fills nearly the entire blue screen, I'll try those things you suggested tomorrow.
