    Hi all,
I have really big problem with my laptop :(
At the begining I thought that I have too much dust inside my laptop and cooling is too small but it's not that.

DEFINATELY there is problem with Video driver or the hardware itself.. Just check in the hardware maneger for your video driver and check that if there is any "!" sign there or not...

It's strange because sometimes my laptop starts without this problem but when it starts I can't do anything with this. Sometimes it ends with no answer from laptop. The screen stops and I can do nothing. And it restarts (the screen turns to black and after 1-2 sec return back)

You need to contact dell and have the GPU replaced, since its faulty. It cant be drivers since you state it sometimes works OK.

If it only happens now and again, Im afraid thats probably what it leads to. I think your GPU is actually on the mainboard, and if that is correct it cant be a simple GPU change, it needs to be a mainboard swapout.

My GPU messed up on my D620 a while back, and they had to replace the entire mainboard since the GPU is integrated.

Its rare for a GPU to go like that, but when it does theres not much more you can do Im afraid.

You could try uninstalling your GPU drivers completely, and restart. Windows should install default drivers, that may look rubbish, but if you stil have the same issue, its definately a faulty GPU.

Either way, I reackon it is the GPU being faulty. I dont know much about that model or costs etc, but if they do need to swap out the entire mainboard due to an integrated GPU, it may be more cost effective to replace the entire laptop with a new one!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but thats what I think it is. I do hope it does have an easier solution, but chances are slim.

But it has no integrated graphic card .... it's 7800go and I think I can get it out itself without motherboard ... I'll try to reinstall drivers but I think it won't help becuase I can see that problem when laptop starts so it's not Windows problem :(

Thats even better then. See if the card is available on eBay or somet if you want it cheaper.

If you see the problem even before Windows loads, its not the driver, since the drivers load with the OS.

Enter the BIOs and see if it happens there. If so, its defo a faulty GPU.

Ive had a look about, and I think the card you have is the best card for the system anyways
