    Hello,
First I'd like to thank everyone for all their help and opinions I've been reading for a while now. Thanks for helping me weigh the advantages of the various laptops. I finally took the plunge and purchased my 1st, a Dell b130. I needed a budget computer that I wouldn't spend too much on and be afraid to take it and actually use it. According to FedEx tracking, it should be delivered today. My question: Can I add a TrueMobile 350 bluetooth card to my lappy? I have the Dell 1370 as a free upgrade, but sure would love an internal bluetooth card. Thanks everyone for their help. Look forward to spending some time here.

I don't believe you can do that upgrade. The wireless card is completely different than an internal bluetooth card, so you can't substitute it. You might want to check into getting a bluetooth USB adapter.

There are Mini-PCI cards, which are bluetooth/wireless combo cards. You might consider picking up one of those, they run about $35 dollars. Buy.com has them.

If Bluetooth is not offered as an option, then there is most likely no slot inside for the Dell Bluetooth card, and it won't work.

A USB Bluetooth adapter is always possible - I've seen them for as cheap as ten dollars.

I didn't even think of that. I was just thinking about replacing the wireless card with the bluetooth card. Chaz is right. There isn't a slot on the B130 for a internal bluetooth card, but you should be able to use a combo card.

The bluetooth adapter that was installed in my i9300 is located under a small removable panel on the side of the machine. It reminded me of a small usb thumb drive. Check the manual on your machine (should be on your desktop) and see if it shows you the 'accessing the bluetooth adapter (optional)' section in your manual. That's how I found mine.

Now if I just had something bluetooth that I could use it with :)
