    Hello,

I would like to get a sound card device that will allow audio out, I understand there are USB and express cards but which one do I need? To clarify, my Dell 1420 does not have an audio out correct, just two in's and one mic input?

I want to hook my notebook up to an amp.

    Best,
    s4one

Actually, it has a mic and two outputs.
