A few weeks ago I started having issues with the first audio jack on my Studio 17. It gives me feedback through my headphones...a heavy buzzing noise, and the sound is not balanced. It's louder on the left side and fainter on the right. It bothered me, but since the laptop has two I decided not to worry about it. Tonight I was watching a movie, and unplugged my headphones to use the speakers for a while. I went to plug my headphones back into the second audio jack and now there's no sound coming from it at all. So the first jack gives me a loud buzzing noise and has imbalanced sound, and now the second jack is completely silent.

I'm not sure if this is a hardware or software issue..Windows shows no problems under device manager, and under Sound in the control panel, it successfully tests both of the devices. Any ideas?

edit: Actually, I just tried my first jack and the left headphone is fine..while the right is full of static. Bleh.
