    Ok .. I think it is official - VISTA is Slower the XP. I just added anothr GIG to my M1210 (Now at 2Gig) and I getting only 1575 3DMARK scores where other people with XP are getting around 2100. Here is a good article at PCMAG. It looks like the Drivers are a factor.

    I downloaded the lastest drivers from Laptopstogo and it made a big difference. Now 3DMARK05 is 1975 normal and 2176 overclocked. DELL really needs to keep up the drivers.
