    Can anyone here tell me how to get the new mobility 9800 for my dell inspirion 9100???

    Well, you can try calling Dell Spare Parts. You may have to keep calling because they don't like to sell video cards to people, so you might need to be patient.

    Also, since it's a new video card, it might not yet be available at Dell Spare Parts.

    Keep in mind, Dell does not sanction replacing video cards in the 9100 so you could be voiding your warranty if you do.

    Someone sold one on ebay recently, but I would be wary. Dell is currently the only supplier of these cards and they are only letting them go with a new computer purchase. It doesn't make sense that someone would buy an Inspiron XPS and yank the video card to sell. They might be stolen or the seller might be perpetrating a scam. It pays to be diligent when trying to buy an elusive item such as this.
