    At my wits end. Who can I contact to help me?

    Okay, I'm having a lot of trouble with Dell at the moment. This is an email I sent to Dell Customer Advocates, which explains the problem:


    Unfortunately I got an auto reply back saying that the address was no longer in use. Anyone know someone who I could contact? Or indeed anything I could do to solve my issue?

    Can you complete another form (Unresolved Issues/Advocacy Issues) w/the pertaining information? Is there a Customer Advocacy Number you can call directly? Sorry for the prob's your going thru.. :(

    I've tried that, but I still haven't got a reply from the escalation team or the return department.
    And I don't know, I've heard the consumer advocates are a great group of people based in the US that sort out problems easily, but I don't have a number for them :(

    NP :) Just tryin to help! How along ago did you you send it to them? I know here in the US they ask you to wait up to 48 or 72 hours :)o) for a reply from them.

    I have used [email protected].

    Of course the boss does not read this email, but the customer resolution team does. They are helpful and fast. They managed to fix my issues, without hesitation.
