Okay, I'm having a lot of trouble with Dell at the moment. This is an email I sent to Dell Customer Advocates, which explains the problem:
Unfortunately I got an auto reply back saying that the address was no longer in use. Anyone know someone who I could contact? Or indeed anything I could do to solve my issue?

I've tried that, but I still haven't got a reply from the escalation team or the return department.
And I don't know, I've heard the consumer advocates are a great group of people based in the US that sort out problems easily, but I don't have a number for them -
NP Just tryin to help! How along ago did you you send it to them? I know here in the US they ask you to wait up to 48 or 72 hours o) for a reply from them.

Of course the boss does not read this email, but the customer resolution team does. They are helpful and fast. They managed to fix my issues, without hesitation.
