    You mean Dell outlets like the ones in the US for refurbished notebooks? Or are you trying to say retail stores?

    I know that they were opening one in Shatin about 3-6 month ago...after abit of searching I found a few more. :)

    I don't think you can buy directly from there (as in they give you the box...) but you can try out the notebooks etc...
