    can you provide me with a PPID number on the battery.
    I am trying to ask dell to provide me with a 9 cell battery, they said they want the PPID number which i said i do not have because i do not have the 9 cell. I tried giving them the part number but they want the PPID! grrr
    be grateful f anyone could help me out.
