This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Does anyone here use google video chat?

    I installed the plugin on my studio and it does not seem to work. anytime I try to start video chat my sound goes away. After running video chat, in either firefox or IE, my sound stops working for all programs. If I try to play something like a youtube video it will play with no sound. If I try to use iTunes when i hit play nothing happens, no sound and the track does not advance

    The only way to get sound back is a reboot
