I am looking at the Dell ATG, and it says that it's max external monitor resolution is 1024x800 (which is less than the lcd on the notebook, seems weird). So I am wondering if you can put a pci video card in the DDock to get higher resolution on the external monitor (I am not looking to run multiple monitors, just want to get higher resolution).

Is anyone actually doing this with any notebook in the Dell DDock station? And if so, are you getting good results?

It uses a standard Intel GMA950, so the video output connector would support a maximum of 1920x1440. PCI video cards do work in the d/dock, but must be half height.
