    I should be getting my e1505 on monday or tuesday and I'm planning on undervolting it to get a little more battery life and to keep it quieter but I haven't really heard about undervolting a dual core processor. I believe RMClock supports it but I would love to hear from anyone who has tried it.

    Thanks.

    i believe the lowest step of speedstepping can not be undervolted;
    this has led me to believe there's little use to undervolt with the
    core duo.

    ghsoccer4, would you be so kind as to post the settings you used in NHC? I'm new to these utilities, and I know that each chip is a little different so I may be able to undervolt more/less than you; but it would at least give me a frame of reference.

    Thanks.

    I thought you were not able to undervolt Dual Core!! Does anyone have a definitive answer on this?

    ghsoccer4 ... any word on the settings you used?

    Did you actually use your system for almost 6 hours...or did you mouse over your battery status and it said there was almost 6 hours remaining?
