I talked to two reps who told me that I got switched to free next day shipping, but when checking at DHL, I had Ground shipping only. Anyone else have that problem?

Mine is shipped today with dhl ground express. dhl website has next day delivery by 3pm tomorrow 8-16

I was promised the next day shipping but it just now hit the boxing stage lol. So basically the day my laptop hits the shipped order status I can expect it the next day?

well my order status page says "next business day" for shipping. dell did that on their own and never told me (they switched it after my first complaint call back in july).

Well I called and had them change it to next day (at a cost). I then called a few weeks later and the CSR told me she would upgrade the next day to "next day priority" and she certainly changed something because now online it says I have "3-5 Day Shipping" which to me appears to be a down-grade. Perhaps the online shipping method listed is not reliable.
Anyone promised next day shipping but still got ground?
