    I can say that my inspiron will be shipping out this week and arriving next week. woohoo. I was just wondering if anyone has a picture of the yellow one as I want to know what it would look like before it gets here.

    Dell 1720 2.0ghz 2GB ram 8600MGT... for ~$1400.

    On a side note, did anyone's 1x20 laptop take a month to finish? I ordered mine on July 22, and it's shipping on August 16, and arriving by August 23rd... that's a full month. On the bright side, the same laptop now costs $100 more for some reason (they got rid of a free ram upgrade I think?). =/

    There's people who have waited more than 45 days.

    $100 more is not that bad, compared to the more than $300 for my Inspiron 1520.

    I guess it's the most ordered laptop and they're trying to keep prices high, so there's less demand.

    Ughh.. what's with these long wait times? If it wasn't yellow I'd probably hate myself for not getting a prebuilt one...

    I still want to know what the yellow looks like... the dell preview colors look really bad

    EDIT: Thanks... oh my god that yellow looks fantastic. Although the first few shots in the yellow thread makes it look really pale.
