    Anyone have experience with DHL returning to Dell for warranty?

    Never used the EZ Return label before, Do I jsut fill in the sticker and stick it on the top of the box?

    Also what about the package label and the tracking number it came here with, do I need to remove them?

    Remove all old lables or the DHL guy will get mad at you :D

    These stickers are hard to remove :( Probably gonna have rip marks on the box

    I never remove the old labels.

    I send printers back all the time at work. It's super easy. One time I called for pickup and DHL was there 10 minutes later.

    I hate dhl. We had to return 11 comps to dell ebcause they were the wrong ones. Only 3 of them made it back to dell. the other 8 came back with huge gashes in the boxes. Thank god dell took them back and noted it was carrier error. Dell still continues to use dhl for parts return.

    The drivers of dhl dont care one bit about the packages.

    Yea, I hate DHL too...today they left the return box and my remote control just laying outside. No doorbell, no knocking...nothing..
