I'm about to swap the bluetooth modules from my old 6000 system to the 1520. It looks to be compatible but I need the device driver for the 350 for vista. Anyone knows where to find it?

I'm sure any 350 drivers for vista will work.

who is the actual manufacture of the dell 350?? i have the widcomm and bluesoliel vista drivers if you need them, dell doesnt make any of their own stuff so that card has to be made by someone else

I think its toshiba. I found old vista drivers for the 350 for the inspiron 6400.
Vista has its own native drivers which installed itself after I installed the module. I will be trying the dell drivers later.

Anyone found that the LED does not light up even though your BT devices are connected?

ive found the widcomm drivers to work with many cards even those aside from their may be worth a shot... or the blusoliel program also uses a "general" driver from what vista says .... and with my dongles we have even the oem vista drivers worked fine..

This may not apply to the 350, but for the 360 there is a note in case the module is going from an XP to a Vista machine.

Just in case you get frustrated with the install.

thanks for that but my 350 module works fine in my 1520 on vista. Worked straight away after vista installed its own drivers but I installed dell's drivers anyway and it seem to do a firmware update as well.
