I have a E1505 and have tried every fix I can find but have no ability to record streaming music via stereo mix. Stereo Mix doesn't even show up under disabled items. Any ideas?

    Hi, I found this on hardware.mcse.ms :

    "
sigmatel driver does not support this feature! but I found a way to fix this issue. All you need to do is install LG’s drivers for Sigmatel… They
    ’re working like charm here

    Instructions:

    Follow this link: http://us.lgservice.com/
    Click on: Product Support
    Go to: Device Driver
    In product, select “Notebook”
    Search for “Sigmatel”
    The download the result

Download the big 95Mb driver and you get the Stereo Mix option in recording

Tried this option. It gave me the semi-wave out option. It degraded my sound and I still couldn't play my music bot to the room on PalTalk. Something that my older PC can do.
