    Still waiting for mine(impatiently:twitcy :) that I ordered on the 14th. The estimated ship date is tomorrow but they normally are a few days ahead of that estimate. So has anyone got a ship confirmation yet?

    Yeah they are usually good in shipping them early. Mine is supposed to ship tomorrow. I think they are behind in production time, because everyone is apparently buying an LED. (at least that's what the vibe I'm getting)

    who's going to start the LED Samsung or LED LG poll?

    Anyone want to take a guess what company supplies the LED's?


    I would say it's going to be a LG LED because the current LCD 1440x900 poll says the majority have a LG.

    Ordering earlier doesn't always mean shipping earlier. It really depends on the combination of parts that you chose. Since Dell builds these laptops in batches, a later order might be built earlier because it matches the parts used in that batch.
