I've had my 1520 for a little over a month and the one thing that drives me crazy is a bizzare cherping or buzzzing sound that comes from my video card. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Its only pressent when I'm playing a game and strangly the lower my frame rate the more noise it makes.
If anyone knows what this is and if there is a fix I'd like to hear about it, thanks!

Try going into your device manager and under the USB section, go to one of your items called USB Root Hub. Double click to bring up properties. Go to Power Management tab. Uncheck the box that says "allow device to turn off to save power". This completely eliminated the buzzing on my old I8600.

I've got 2 or 3 times in 1 week use of my new 1420. It sounded like you're plugging in a microphone when your volume is set to high. I even didn't think that sound coming from my labtop for the first time. I knew something wrong with it but I didn't care because I've got an AUO screen so I'll return it soon.

I'm nearly positive this is my video card, its only when I'm playing games and the video card is running in 3d mode. I think I'm going to call dell about this its annoying playing crysis and trying to speak around with this bizzare sound distracting me =p
Anyone get a cherping/buzzing sound from their video card?
