Having a really good experience with my Dell Inspiron 6000 and getting really good tech support for it, I thought my second laptop would be a Dell...
When the New Inspiron 1565 was on for the 7 day sale in mid March, I jumped all over it...
Then the headaches....
Twice, I called Dell to confirm why my order was still processing. At the end of both calls I was told that everything was fine. The 12 transfers, the 2 hours of struggling to find out why exactly my purchase was not going through, the getting hung up on twice while be transferred, I am not sure if this laptop is quite worth it. Now, today when I look at my order it is cancelled... I am not convinced if this is a good thing...
If there are any Dell reps viewing this Message Board, if you want to take a shot at convincing that you really do want my business and buying your product really is worth all this hassle...
PM me...
Do it quickly... I am filling out another "What should I buy" template...

Just fill it out. Dells typical consumer support does just suck. It's the way it is. Trying finding something on the outlet. There are 15% codes right now and no shipping delay bs.
Anyone from Dell on here?
