    I'm really upset now, :mad: everyone and "his-dog" whom they ordered the XPS m1530 with high resolution after Dec21st. Got it except me.. my configurations are no different than many...???
    this is painful especially that I have sent the first laptop because it was damaged.. So I have to wait twice...

    i'm in the same situation. I bought a m1530 a few weeks ago and it had a damaged USB port. Nothing would go in. I called customer support and they were only offering me a refurbished unit. It was within the return policy so i decided to return it instead. I went and got the High Res display since it was available and haven't received it yet.

    so it's not just me I guess.
    By the way I have talked to them and gave me weird reasons... no parts,,,etc.. I guess they built hundreds and then when It came to few of us they are out of stuck..

    So far I am glad I kept my low resolution screen. I may decide to send it back though before the 21 day return policy ends

    I ordered mine (1440x900) on the 19th of Decemeber and still haven't recieved it. Its original delivery date was on or before the 10th of January 2008.

    I phoned my rep and he said its in production and I should get it before then.
