This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Has anybody tried installing 64 bit Ubuntu 7.10 on m1330 ? Is it possible ? Any problems ? my processor is T7300

    I'm running it. not sure if its user error or driver problems, but i cant get any splash screen.


    brightness control buttons dont work for me too. other than that, so far so good.
