Please tell me what you think about this notebook, your personal experiences etc. Does it look just like the Lattitude D830?

Are their any reviews? I cannot find any. Thanks.

I have the M4300. Search the forums for some feedback about it. Yes it is identical to the D830 save for the video BIOS and some external cosmetics. But there really is no difference. If purchasing with my own $, I wouldn't get one - just get the Latitude.

I have the m6300, i personally like the look of the m4300 better but the gpu is just weak. I've tried using it for Aliasstudio, and when modeling in default shader it can get a bit laggy

Get the t61p, it has a 570m instead of a 360m.. for about the same price? or cheaper?

    8400(360m) vs 8600(570m)

Yup the GPU is substandard for a 15.4" laptop I think. Quadro FX 360m in the M4300. Unfortunately it is an 8400M GS chip and 64-bit. If it were based on even an 8400M GT (which is at least 128 bit) or 8600M GT that would make it a hugely formidable workstation laptop but it isn't.
