    Yesterday i got a call from Dell telling me thanks for buying a XPS M1530 and they gave me a couple numbers to call if i needed any help, but unfortunately i was asleep and the call woke me up so i cant remember the numbers. did anyone else get this call?

    Nope, no call here. Although I must say that is pretty good customer service - never heard of a preemptive call from Dell!

    Yea, I got the call. In fact, it was the day after my order was placed. I think the message is saved on my cell phone. If it is, I'll get you the numbers in a bit.


    Ok, other than the thank you for your XPS purchase crap, it really wasn't a lot of other information.

    Also says XPS technical support could be reached 24/7 @support.dell.com.
