Any results on Battery life on Inspiron 1520/21 vs. Vostro...1400?

Mind you the 1400 or whatever has a 14.1 inch screen while the 1520 I configured had a 15.4 inch.

The major difference? The graphics card. As you may know, the Vostro comes with a 128 Nvidia 8400 Go? Not very good but better than the Integrated Intel card in the Inspiron.

Now it seems that the Vostro is a better deal for me since at 840ish dollars I get a graphics card AND a DVD burner (which isn't standard in the Inspiron).

Now some have said that there may be a 15% - 20% difference in battery life between one with an integrated graphics card and a stand alone.

But what about this? Mainly I'm asking this: I'd like it if people posted the "rated" time that Dell gives or an average on how long these laptops last on battery. I'll probably end up finding the Inspiron 10 minutes after typing this  but Vostro, I haven't seen many reviews so yeah.

I think Dell rates their laptops "2-5 hours on a 9 cell extended battery". At least they don't lie about it - it's pretty hard to get under 2 on a 9 cell...

Well... manufacturers always quote battery life under ideal conditions.. so if Dell says 2... that's worrying...

For example I think Dell rates the M1330 for 9 hours or something ridiculous like that...

The Vostro 1400 should get about the same battery life as an Inspiron 1420. I've read that an Inspiron 1420 with the 8400M GS gets at most 5 hours web browsing and word processing.
