Any luck with $750 coupon??

I was going to place an order for the E1505 yesterday. The total unit price was $2,095. However, I never placed the order because the $750 coupon for $1,999 above would not take??? Anyone else have this problem? I called Dell to order over the phone. I gave him the code and he said it was still valid, but it would not take.

Does anyone know of any $30 - $60 stackable coupons that can be used with laptops also?

Make sure you are looking at the total price BEFORE any automatic Dell discounts.

 

i just bout a notebook a little over a week ago using that coupon. It worked fine for me, but it does have a limited # of uses and and expiration date. And it cant be used with any other offers or coupons. If you called them and they said it was vaild, why not just place the order over the phone? thats what i did and had no problems

 

I use a 450 off about 2 weeks ago. It worked fine, and I love my new computer!

Btw.. I have an E1505.

 

I did call them and they said it was valid, but the system would not take it. It may have expired by number of uses. If that was the case; I would figure it would not say valid on-line when checking at Dell or talking with sales rep.

The sales rep did say that they have been having trouble with the $750 coupon. He couldn't get it to take when talking with other people calling in also. It's the current one on the forum that expires on 5/4.

There is a $200 discount in the basket. There was another similar coupon to it in the basket on the $750 coupon that expired on 4/29 when I was configuring another system I thought about buying. The $750 automatically overrode the $200 coupon.

I had that problem today at lunch with a %33 outlet code I got in my e-mail this week. I noticed on the EPP site sometimes you need to remove the lesser coupon first then put the 750 one in. This happens to me sometimes. Also note that the dell outlet system wouldnt even let me put things into my cart after about 10mins of messing around there, so maybe they were having some problems.

 

Yup - same here. Trying to buy the Dell 24" monitor with the 30% off and $60 stackable cpn but got an error msg at the end. Their sales help was most unhelpful - trained monkeys by Jane Goodall would have done a better job.

Couldn't agree with you more about the sales help, had same problem today trying to get the $750 code. Any help on how to get this coupon to work would be great.
