    i want to upgrade more ram. i currently have 512mb (2x256)

    can i mix 1GB with 256MB ram?? and does it have to be DDR333? can i use DDR400?

    3.06 GHz
    2 x 256 MB DDR333
    4800 RPM 60GB HD ****ty speed
    FX5200 go 64MB
    LCD, i dont know how you call it? ultra screen? (1600 x 1200)

    is there anyone out there still using this laptop?
    i can play quake3 with 1600x1200 with very high fps :)
    i can play my favourite game simcity3000u :)
    vice city (highest setting)
    san andreas (with lowest setting)
    also doom3(lowest setting)
    underground2 (640x480 with medium detail)

    my question is
    Can I play quake4?
    call of duty 2?
    simcity4?

    You will be able to play sim4 but quake and call of duty 2 you might be able to play it with all the settings at min. which will be crappy
