    ISUSPM - C:\progra~1\common~1\instal~1\update~1\ISUSPM.exe - startup

    ISSCH - C:\program files\common files\installshield\updateservice\issch.exe - start

InstallShield updates. Pretty much useless in my opinion.

Basically somesoftware will use this program to get updates. Installshield will keep track of all the programs that uses it, and will update them when there are new versions released.

Check out this thread...lots of good info:
How to Optimize a Notebook Computer

or when in doubt just type the process into google:

    Description:
isuspm.exe is a process that belongs InstallShield from Macrovision. The process automatically checks for the latest updates online. By removing this process you will not get informed about the latest updates for InstallShield.

    Description:
issch.exe is an update service relating to the InstallShield utility which keeps this software up to date. This program is non-essential process to the running of the system, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

Ya, I did a google search before I posted, but updating service related to an installshield utility wasn't very helpful and I didn't install any macrovision stuff as far as I know.

Like I said, there is different software that uses InstallShield to update. I know i had several programs listed under it. If you go to start-->all programs, and look up at the very top, you'll see a program called InstallShield. You should be able to click on that, and it will give you a list of programs that you've installed that had installshield.
