    I was just wondering if anybody has ever called up Dell and complained about their orders being delayed and gotten offered anything? I know people will sometimes get $50 gift certificates from HP, but I haven't seen too much about Dell.

    My order has been delayed another week, and I don't really have time to wait on hold for 2 hours if I have no chance of getting anything out of it =P

    i got my shipping upgraded to overnight because it was stuck in boxing for 4 days. i called and said if there's a problem with boxing my computer, i would just cxl and buy from a b&m.

    also, the longest i've waited on hold with dell sale or follow up has been a few minutes. never anything close to 2 hours.
