    Hi,

I was lurking through the Dell page but I find no deals on accesories at this moment and I was wondering if someone knew or has a coupon or something. You see I got mugged yesterday and I lost the AC adapter + backpack + Audigy card + oblivion + pimsleur cds + most importantly passport and I have to buy at least the adapter and backpack but it's going to cost me about $150 on dell.com and that's a bit too much. I'm only planning on buying the AC adapter and the backpack as I need them to carry the laptop. Laptop was saved though .... thieves thought it too big to be carrying around and couldn't get much things inside the backpack so they left it. Any help would be appreciated.

Man, that really sucks. If someone was trying to mug me I would shove my large foot (size 18 shoes) up their a$$.

As for the backpack and the AC adapter, I would look at other sites such as Newegg or TigerDirect. They offer great prices and have good reviews.

I know. I won't get into details but I can say I have said on this forum before that this country is really dangerous. Anyway, I have a question. I was looking in dell.com the AC adapter for the 9200 as I remember they were the same (I think) and it says that it fits the 8600 too. Now, I went through local stores and I found one for the 8600 so could anybody confirm if it fits the 9300.

PD: I am aware of being careful with the voltage. I found AC adapter but they were for smaller models.

    Any input on this?

Mods, sorry for double posting but I do need an answer to whether the 8600 power brick works with the 9300 so I'm just bumping.
