I haven't heard of the brand. As long as you stick with a reputable manufacturer such as Kingston, Corsair, Crucial, or OCZ, you should be fine.

I have 1 512MB stick (Crucial) and 1 256MB stick (Dell) in my Inspiron 8600 with no issues. I'd also use Corsair.

Corsair, OCZ, Crucial, Kingston, etc. are all reputable brands that you can rely on. in the next few weeks i will be upgrading from 1GB to 2GB RAM for my M1210, and i'll be going with OCZ because ive found a really good local deal.

    Ok, another question then.

Right now I have 1gig (2x512) at 667. I know my processor can take 667 or 533 (Core Duo at 1.83). Should I keep at 667 at 5-5-5-15 timings or drop to 533 at 4-4-4-8?

The difference is pratically nothing between the two, so which ever you prefer. However, if you find some difference in price, go for which ever is cheaper.
