Are there any owners of the new Inspiron 17 out there? Haven't seen a great deal of discussion about it. If you have one, what do you make of it?

I do have a Studio 1735 for a year now and I use it mainly for Uni and other related stuff. It is very good with regards to performance and aesthetics. But with all laptops, it is the devices you have installed in them that make them fast etc. I mean mine has a T9300 CPU, 1900*1200 screen, etc... These features would result in best performance. If you buy different configurations, you will get what you pay for after all. It does not matter what brand (eventhough tere are brands that are better than others IMO).

All in all thee dell studio 17 is a wise choice to buy. Hope that helps.
