    Hi guys,

    Just wondering if any of you ordered the inspiron 1520 with espresso brown cover around about my order date of August 1st and are still waiting for it?

    My first ESD was 8/24 but that was delayed to 9/10. I am really hoping it makes it this time.

    I was told all along that my delay was due to the inavailability of the espresso brown covers. However, today I finally learned that dell has thankfully received them from their supplier and that my system should build shortly (per the rep via dell chat).

    YES, I was also told that they were getting a supply of brown covers, and yes it is true. Finally my dell rep was right!

    I ordered a brown 1520 on 7/23 and I just found that it shipped today. happy happy happy..

    I also ordered an espresso brown 1520 on 7/23 and it's been in boxing the past 3 days. Hopefully it ships tomorrow.

    I checked mine at 05:30 am on 9/5 and it was in testing. As of this moment, it's in testing for about 2-days or more. Isn't testing were they load software and test hardware? Seems it's taking too long.
