    Congrats on your purchase! I'm still waiting for my system... should be here anyday now. I just found out my mom snuck in a 3Yr Warranty instead of the 1Yr Warranty I was suppose to have, which is pretty awesome :D

    Nice machine! I am envy of the the 17 inch screen. Only hesitant is it may be hard to bring it to the library and the quard and cafeteria in college.

    i went to the Dell direct store and also best buy and picked up it and some other 17 inchers, and they aren't too heavy IMO(even if they don't have the battery in em), cuz im used to my old inspiron 5150 which was quite the brick. i don't plan on takin it outta the dorm much, most likely not for any class, but if i do, all i need is a good bag and i'm set.

    i was about to get the M1210, but after lookin at it in person, i just realized typing hours and hours would be easier on the eyes on a 17 inch, especially if it's not being moved much.
