Just thought I would report a GOOD Dell support incident, to help offset the posted BAD ones!

I received an E1505 from Dell Outlet, and when I got it, the top cover was scuffed up a bit. Since it wasn't a Scratch & Dent, I contacted Dell Support via chat, and they offered to replace it.

The replacement has shipped, and Dell has generously upgraded the notebook with a T7200 (from the T2050), upgraded the LCD with a WXGA+ from WXGA, and added a free BT355 module!

Pretty good service, if you ask me!

    Thanks, Dell!

    Lucky you,

I have had 2 systems shipped to be, 1 screen that I had to replace. I was over charged and my shipping was delayed. My computer continually crashes, and Dell has yet to give me anything other than a headache!
