Everytime I start my bluetooth device, the 355 one, it asks me for the software to install the drivers.

And when I try to install R140135.exe , it says that it only will run on vista!

Under device manager, I see that under"bluetooth radios" , it says that the device is working properply but under "bluetooth peripherial device" it says that I have reinstall the drivers for this device.
What can I DO to install the software?

    I have a m1330 laptop - vista 32 bit
I have not downgraded from vista to XP, I am using my system out of the box.

go to start >> control panel >> device manager >> bluetooth radios (and expand) >> dell wireless 355 module with bluetooth 2.0

then you right click. Go to update drivers then point it to where you saved the bluetooth driver... it will automatically update for you
