Keep blaming the slowing PC market. Yea yea yea sure.

    PLEASE GET YOUR DESIGNS TOGETHER.

There is a reason why I am STUCK with my Core2 Duo laptops. Because your designs became HORRENDOUS across the board (XPS through Latitude) with Sandy Bridge. That horrendous intrusion in the back design to support the battery (Started with Adamo 13, then Inspiron and Latitude). When you design something so RADICAL, you first test it out in small scale, without having to fully expend it to EVERYWHERE. Diversify risk in design failures, ring the bell? They all look the same: ugly mermaid clam shell

Desktop designs are still solid and Precision lines have been ok across the board. Thank god the high end ones still have common sense.

I still love you guys and for warranty reasons, I don't see myself using other company's product or EVER a Mac. But I do not know how long my Core2 Duos can last until there is a design change that would make sense to open my wallet for upgrade.

BUT PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER MICHAEL DELL.

    - From an extremely loyal customer.

I totally agree. The first generation E series looked great. Now the E series is grey with chrome trim, weird rounded edges, huge plastic bezels around the screen and no option for full HD screens.
