Well at least this one doesn't require you to open a DPA.

 

wrong .

the title of the couple is incompleted and i was the first one got fool arround.

this coupled requests DPA.

This morning, at 6.00 am sharply ( = 8.00am central time), i tried to order
my laptop and entered everything without any problem.
but Canadian credit card is not possible to finalize the payment.
the last step is to enter my card number and billing address.
dell billing address has USA format only, not accept entering Canada address.
then i gave a call to dell and told the agency above couple code.
this spent me 45 min on phone and nothing achieve.

(because the 1st agency couldn't work it out and transfered me to another
supervisor, another supervisor wanted to transfer me to another agent.... i told him i don't want to buy because this spent me too much time to talk talk talk)

the above couple code needs to use with your DPA (dell preferred account ).

and the one wrote above details forget to add the title correctly.

 

actually the coupon above does not require DPA. You can save an additional savings if you open an DPA which I think is a 5% discount. Here is the code : PNV5H9JHS57$BX

If you are in Canada, you will have a difficult time using the coupon. The coupons are only valid for the USA Home site, and the laptop will be required to be delivered to someone (relative, friend) in the USA.
