I was wondering if anyone is able to use the Angel capture device with software other than the Sonic Solutions software that ships with the 6000 notebook?

I know it doesn't work with Nero 6 Ultra edition (with latest updates).

Sorry don't have answer for that but I have some questions regarding same card. I wan't to know if you can view video from say a camcorder? I can't figure any way to configure it in Windows Media Center. Suggestions on TV tuner software that works with this card would be great.

Windows Media center will only utilize the Dell / Angel USB tuner when you have the IR blaster hooked up and working. It's a pain IMO. The only way you'll be able to capture from your camcorder is to use Sonic myRecord. It doesn't care about being able to change the channel, as long as their is a signal coming in, it will record it.
