    according to google, yes.. as long as it's not a refurb and you pay the WHOLE amount using your amex and keep your amex active

    or you could just call up your CC company and ask... better to get something recorded in case...

    So I called AmEx and they said that they don't cover extended services, just the original limited warranty...
