The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. My inspiron 1721 was shipped with the specs below for 1,015.

Their new coupon allowed me to configure a 1721 with a better processor, TWO 9 cell batteries AND the HD sound upgrade for like 967 shipped..ridiculous.

You should contact customer support, you really can get that extra stuff and reimbursement quite easily
especially since you can still return it and they dont want that

Why don't you cancel the order and place in a new order?
