Yesterday around the midnight, I called XPS services to talk about changing my 2MB L2 cache T7250 to a 4MB cache one. However, the guy said it was too late but he would set up a "nice" case description for me as I was "cooperate" and could even provide the order # of my very first M1210 (it can't be seen online anymore from the service tag...) and asked me to call back this morning...Ok...then I call back this morning, you know what I get?
1. T7250->T7500
2. 1GB ram->3GB (The 2GB in my sig. is aftermarket thing)
3. fringerprint reader added!
So now I'm having two M1330 (one is the initial replacement and one is the replacement of the initial one) and another replacement has been set up (Will it have the A04 motherboard?)...Dell, I think I am going to pay for extended warranty just because of your fantastic services! (Although I've phoned them n times and n hours in total...oh well, the goal justifies the mean!)
