    I just ordered an E1705 with the $750 coupon, but I just noticed that you can add a $100 off coupon also! I'm realy short on cash and I'd realy like to add this coupon even though I already ordered my computer...

    Please, does anyone have any idea on how I can add this coupon?! It's sunday today so I can't call them... They also say that once the product is in the production phase you cannot modify anything of it...

    Just go to the dell site and initiate a chat session with support. They can cancel the order. You can then reorder.

    This is what it tells me when I try to chat with them:

    "Based on the information you provided, our records show you are not a home or home office customer. If you purchased your system from another of Dell's business segment or one of Dell's Sales (partners, avenues, etc...) - please address your customer care questions to that business segment or that partner."

    ...they say I'm not a home customer but in fact I am. What should I do?

    EDIT: HUH?! I just notice in the order status that they think the E1705 will arrive on the 27 of June..! I leave for Europe on the 20th of June!

    the order probably didn't process b/c it's the weekend. is it possible for you to go to your account and cancel it from there? you could always stop the credit card payment.....

    edit: just a warning though, there is a possibility you might not be able to use the 750 off coupon b/c the code may have been used up.
