I should have ordered it with my system but I didn't - it's possible to attach one now, correct? What TV tuner works the best with the 1530?

    Thank you!

I'm interested in this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815153008 but I am not well-versed in this field at all so I don't know what's worth it and what's not worth it. I'd ask in the accessories forum but I'd rather ask here because I'd like to know what, specifically, works best with Dells...

And for actual TV cards I could go for this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815100034

Same price, which is better, and is there a better option on top of those two?

Lastly, if I have a TV tuner can I connect a cable hookup to my laptop? The school I'm going to provides cable for its students in the dorms.
