I just recently purchased a laptop from Dell, but after inspecting it, I am thoroughly unhappy with it. Will I have any trouble asking customer service to give me a refund, or even exchange for a different product?

i would not wait, and call dell immediately, if u are unhappy with yur product. do not let the 21-day return period come around. it'll help u avoid alot of unnecessary headaches.

call them and let them know, firmly, why u are not happy with yur product.

i'm pretty sure they will not allow an exchange for another product. u will have to get yur refund and reorder. hope everythin works out for ya.
