I set up a purchase for an 8600. I was wondering if the price is decent for the specs listed. It seems there is a wealth of knowledge here that would know if this is a good deal.

    Basics are

    745 (1.8GHz) SXGA+
    Windows XP Pro
    512MB Mem
    64MB Video
    60GB HD (7200RPM)
    Intel 2200 Internal Wireless
    4 year home warranty

Final total before taxes (since that to me is a baseline) was $1880. It would have been about 1730 without the 4 year warranty for those that don't purchase the extended.

Is this a good deal? I used the 20% coupon, but I would hate to hear later I really messed up in either price or configuration. This notebook is to serve as a replacement for the most part as a desktop while I'm on military leave for the next two years. I'll be moving quite a bit so I needed portability and a good system, otherwise I would have gone with a lesser requirements. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
