    Hello All:

From the information I've glean from the Dell forum, it seems Dell offers better service in the Small Business department--at least customer/tech service wise. However, the coupons Dell offers are only for notebooks purchased in the Home division. If I can get better service from the Small Business section, I'd go that route, but the current coupon(s) for Dell Home is tempting. Does anybody have thoughts on this matter? Experiences? Any comments appreciated.

I think most users buy from the Small Business department for the latitudes. To me, if you are going with an inspiron, the coupons are probably worth it more than the service. Small business support is based in the US (i think, not 100% sure).

The tech service for the home isn't the best, but isn't that bad either. Their at-home service is pretty good in my opinion, and dell always offers to send a tech out to fix with at home warranty. They've never asked for it to be mailed in.
